Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how the EXIF Editor & AI Label Remover iOS application (the "App"), developed by Ege BeÅŸe ("we", "us"), handles your information.
Short version: your photos, videos and their metadata are read and edited on your device. We do not upload them to our servers, and we do not sell your personal data.
1. Photos, videos and metadata
With your permission, the App accesses your photo library to read, edit, remove and save metadata (EXIF, GPS, IPTC, XMP and AI/C2PA labels). All of this processing happens locally on your device.
2. Location
If you choose to use your current location while editing a photo's GPS coordinates, the App asks for location permission and uses your location only for that action. It is not stored or sent to us.
3. Usage statistics
The App keeps simple usage counters (for example, how many items you have cleaned) to show statistics and achievements. These are stored on your device and, if iCloud is available, synced to your own private iCloud database. We cannot access them.
4. Purchases
Purchases are processed by Apple. We use RevenueCat to validate purchases and manage subscription status. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user ID, purchase and subscription details, and basic device information. We do not receive your payment details. See the RevenueCat Privacy Policy.
5. Advertising
The free version of the App shows ads from Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers, IP address, and ad interaction data to serve and measure ads. If you allow tracking through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt, ads may be personalized using your advertising identifier; otherwise, ads are non-personalized. You can change this anytime in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. See Google's Privacy Policy. Pro users do not see ads.
6. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal data. Data is shared only with the service providers listed above, to the extent needed to provide the App, or when required by law.
7. Children
The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. Because we do not hold your photos or an account for you, most data can be removed by deleting the App. For any request, contact us at the address below.
9. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision.
