Terms of Use (EULA)
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the EXIF Editor & AI Label Remover iOS application (the "App"), developed by Ege BeÅŸe ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
The App is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). These Terms supplement the Standard EULA; if anything here conflicts with it, the Standard EULA prevails.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
2. Premium subscriptions
The App offers optional premium access ("Pro") through the following purchases:
- Pro Weekly — auto-renewable subscription, 1 week.
- Pro Yearly — auto-renewable subscription, 1 year (may include a free trial).
- Pro Lifetime — one-time, non-renewing purchase.
Prices are shown in the App before purchase and may vary by country.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the then-current price.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies; you can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
3. Your content
Photos and videos are processed on your device. You keep all rights to your content and are responsible for making sure you have the right to edit, remove or change its metadata. The App does not upload your photos to our servers.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the App to break any law, infringe the rights of others, or misrepresent the origin of content in a way that is fraudulent or harmful.
5. Advertising
The free version of the App shows ads provided by Google AdMob. Pro removes ads.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Always keep a backup of important files before editing them. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of data or indirect damages arising from use of the App.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
