Acceptance of Terms

By using EXIF Metadata Editor ("the App" or "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove or alter any copyright notices
• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Redistribute or resell the App

User Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring you have rights to edit photos you process
• Compliance with applicable laws regarding metadata modification
• Any consequences of removing or modifying photo metadata

Subscriptions (iOS App)

• Premium features require an active subscription
• Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store
• Auto-renewal can be managed in your Apple ID settings
• Refunds are handled by Apple per their policies

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We don't guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Complete removal of all metadata
• Compatibility with all image formats

Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Turkey.
